Here is a blog that I follow for illustrators, I learn a lot just from reading the vast amount of comments on the posts. So I thought I would share.

I just bought my first fimo clay. I would love it if someone could send me to a tutorial site for polymer clay that explains more about using it for sculpting. So far I have not been able to locate a real detailed tutorial site. Thanks in advance!

Going to clean up my studio now and see if I can get inspired, have a great weekend everybody!

  4. Fifth Street Mama, I too am waiting for my first sale on Zibbet.com. I hope things pick up soon.

Thanks for sharing your blog link. I just read your post Pop Bottle Watering System, what a great idea! I already planted all my plants but I am going to have to figure out how to add a bottle to all my pots. Thanks for sharing that idea. Good luck with being online less. I say that all the time but it never happens.

  5. Hey there,

I run designkitty.net and its corresponding Etsy store :) I do a little bit of screen printing, and a bit of sewing.

I'm looking to expand from just pillows and tea towels into quite a few other things, plus reorganizing my designs and focus. Got a ton on my place right now!

  7. Thanks for stopping by, Valerie, and commenting on my recycled and repurposed jewelry. I love the fact that your business sense is kicking in and steering you toward new frontiers! Go, girl!

I wrote a post recently about the weird coincidence of reading two novels set in Iceland in the weeks before the volcano blew, so the latest jewelry pieces I'm working on are white, red and black. They are inspired by the odd combination of Iceland's snow and ice, and the fire of the volcano.

  9. Hello all I am Chara! I finally got my shop on etsy up and running. Jewelry was always just a hobby and finally my daughter and I have started sharing our creations. www.charasjewelcandy.etsy.com

I have recently started my very first blog! Yes, I know I am apparently waaay behind times. Please be patient, as I am new to this, and getting it up and running. I am doing 2 monthly giveaways on my blog. http://charasjewelcandy.blogspot.com/

I have visited numerous etsy shops you guys have... I am in love. So many great creations! I hope to be able to keep up with everyone. I am a single mother who is also a full time deputy sheriff in the patrol division. How I even find time to sleep is amazing! Stop by and stay hi... Hope to see more wonderful things!
