  1. http://illustrationart.blogspot.com/

Here is a blog that I follow for illustrators, I learn a lot just from reading the vast amount of comments on the posts. So I thought I would share.

I just bought my first fimo clay. I would love it if someone could send me to a tutorial site for polymer clay that explains more about using it for sculpting. So far I have not been able to locate a real detailed tutorial site. Thanks in advance!

Going to clean up my studio now and see if I can get inspired, have a great weekend everybody!

  2. Trixie, thanks for sharing that link what a cool blog, and your right the comments are full of great information. I don't know anything about Fimo, but if you don't get the answer today, try asking again next week, I get new people every week.

This week I have just a couple of things to share:
    1. I am constantly working on my blog, and this week I wanted to share a website I found that is full of great information it's called Blogger Tricks, check it out!

    2. I shared with you last week about my new project, and if you missed it you can read about it in a post I wrote called My Inspiration. If you want weekly updates on my project become a fan of the Facebook Page.

  3. Here I am again! Still looking for my first sale! I am having a 10% off right now so do stop by! http://www.zibbet.com/madeonfifthstreet

I have moved my 2 new Blog series to my main blog. $5 and under as well as Favorite Finds Friday. http://www.sarahlscott.blogspot.com/

And on the more personal side of things I have committed to be online less.

  4. Fifth Street Mama, I too am waiting for my first sale on Zibbet.com. I hope things pick up soon.

Thanks for sharing your blog link. I just read your post Pop Bottle Watering System, what a great idea! I already planted all my plants but I am going to have to figure out how to add a bottle to all my pots. Thanks for sharing that idea. Good luck with being online less. I say that all the time but it never happens.

  5. Hey there,

I run designkitty.net and its corresponding Etsy store :) I do a little bit of screen printing, and a bit of sewing.

I'm looking to expand from just pillows and tea towels into quite a few other things, plus reorganizing my designs and focus. Got a ton on my place right now!

  6. DK, Great shop! Can't wait to see what new ideas you have planned. I love the pictures you posted on your blog from you iphone.

  7. Thanks for stopping by, Valerie, and commenting on my recycled and repurposed jewelry. I love the fact that your business sense is kicking in and steering you toward new frontiers! Go, girl!

I wrote a post recently about the weird coincidence of reading two novels set in Iceland in the weeks before the volcano blew, so the latest jewelry pieces I'm working on are white, red and black. They are inspired by the odd combination of Iceland's snow and ice, and the fire of the volcano.

  8. I read that post about the books Cate, and it was great. I look forward to seeing your new pieces.

  9. Hello all I am Chara! I finally got my shop on etsy up and running. Jewelry was always just a hobby and finally my daughter and I have started sharing our creations. www.charasjewelcandy.etsy.com

I have recently started my very first blog! Yes, I know I am apparently waaay behind times. Please be patient, as I am new to this, and getting it up and running. I am doing 2 monthly giveaways on my blog. http://charasjewelcandy.blogspot.com/

I have visited numerous etsy shops you guys have... I am in love. So many great creations! I hope to be able to keep up with everyone. I am a single mother who is also a full time deputy sheriff in the patrol division. How I even find time to sleep is amazing! Stop by and stay hi... Hope to see more wonderful things!
