Life is what happens while your're busy making other plans.
Plans are guidelines.
Not regulations.
If they don't fit the circumstances.
Change them.
The greatest skill isn't planning ahead.
It's being able to adapt to life's unexpected obstacles.
And still look ahead with a smile.

ReplyDeleteI have to learn to be more flexible when it comes to changing plans at the last minute. When I get an idea in my head, I don't like to veer from it.

ReplyDeleteSo true. Change is good as long as you allow it to happen. Sometimes it doesn't seem that way at first but eventually it all works itself out for the better.
ReplyDeleteperfect - as a planner I often struggle when things don't go according to plan. I often freak out. This is a great reminder to adapt, and go with the flow. thanks Valerie.
