Great quote! So true but so hard to achieve. I was trying hard to stop ruminating about past things but I am miles away from stoping worrying about the future. This quote must be from a man who will never know about a mother's care about her child.
Learning to live in the present moment changed my life completely. It's HARD, we're so used to living in the stories in our heads. When I find myself grumpy or irritable nowadays, I discover that most often I've slipped out of the moment. Pulling myself back to now most always does the trick. :)
I LOVE this quote and the Monday Motivation!! Thank you for following my blog "PLanet Joy" and I got motivated to add the Link Within Widget after reading your blog today!

ReplyDeleteMami your right it is hard to as a mother, but if you apply this idea only to your business think of how much more pleasurable your business will be.

DeleteWow, that's fantastic. I really need to work on that more. :) Thank you for the great reminder!
