Relax with Citrus

Studies have shown that the smell of citrus can relax the mind and energize the body. I love the smell of citrus, so today I have a recipe for creating your own citrus potpourri.

It's super simple - Fill a roaster pan with thin slices of limes, lemons, and oranges, and place in the oven on low heat. When the fruit dries out (about 2 hours), remove from the oven and let cool. Place the dried fruit in a bowl and add cloves and cinnamon to the mix. Display and enjoy the relaxing scent of citrus all winter.
