Explore - The Season

This is a stressful time of year and planning and preparing can drain your energy. You must find ways to relax and enjoy the season.

Try these easy ideas to recharge for the season.

Slow down - Try not to rush around, stay in for a day and enjoy being home.

Soften you Focus - While the details seem important "in the moment" try not to get caught up in them.

Roll with it - Forget about the little things. Your ribbon does not have to match your paper, and you can be 5 minutes late.

Observe - Try to see the people and the things around them as they are, not as you wish them to be.

Awaken your Taste - Instead of just eating to be eating, enjoy the food of the season, eat slowly and taste every bite.

Breath First - When things get stressed, take a moment to slow down, take a deep breath, and tell yourself you can get through it.

Enjoy the this time of year, make it your best holiday.
