Sometimes you must release pent-up pressures.
Don't be half-hearted about it.
Make sure you open the valve fully.
Some do it with a primal scream.
Some let off steam with a full-on workout, run, or swim.
Whatever works for you, do it.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely love that photo! I need to find a healthy way to let go, as food (sweets) is my go to release.
ReplyDeleteOne of my goals for this year is to get back into walking more regularly. I used to take the pooch for a walk, almost daily, but life got in the way and I got lazy. This year though I'm getting back into taking walks, and each time I do go, I remember why I enjoy it so much. :)
