This time of year we could all use an unexpected pop of color in our homes. Here in the midwest we have had snow on the ground for months and some little bursts of color sound wonderful.

Not only will the flowers look pretty, they will lift your spirits during this long crazy winter. Flowers are the perfect thing to add a sweet scent to the air, and put a smile on your face regardless of the weather outside.
When was the last time you have flowers in your home?
That is a fantastic idea! it would certainly add a smile to my face
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice idea! Flowers are a treat I never buy for myself -- but they'd be less fattening than chocolate, and prettier, too!
ReplyDeleteIt's been years for me. Flowers are so expensive and it's a lot of money for me to pay for something that's gonna die anyway. And I kill anything that blooms, which is why I don't garden. lol
ReplyDeleteI love having fresh flowers in the house, especially in the winter, when nothing else is growing. Great idea Valerie! :)
ReplyDeleteA long time. We are currently trying to bring back a small little plant of my daughters that is on the verge of death from the dry heat of winter.
ReplyDeleteI love having fresh flowers in the house and have them as often as I can. When we lived in Germany, I could buy a HUGE bouquet of flowers at the market for practically nothing and divide them for every room in the house. Those were the days, lol!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to have a couple plants in my new studio! Hoping I can remember to water them!
ReplyDeleteI could definitely use some fresh flowers in my house with this crazy winter we are having!
ReplyDeleteI looove fresh flowers in the house and really miss having them during this freezing, gloomy Illinois winter. I think the last time I had them was when my boyfriend had flowers delivered for my birthday...September!
