  1. Good morning!

I thing I am promoting and pricing to sell are clearance jewelry bags. Perfect for online sales and it is using up my fabric scraps. They can be found here

  2. Fun!

I wish it was etsy shop related, but I'm afraid that's been a bit on the back burner at the moment.

    1. Madly prepping for hosting Thanksgiving next week!
    2. Crocheting a scarf - enjoying the quiet time of it...hadn't done it in years!
    3. Busy getting ready for high school soccer season - my son just made the team!!

Hope you're enjoying a nice week Valerie!

  3. Wow Christie what good prices on your handmade jewelry bags, thanks for sharing.

Meeling, I hope you have lots of fun prepping for your Thanksgiving dinner! I am sure it is going to be fantastic, just like the food you prepare and post on your blog!

  4. I hope everyone is having a great day!

I have been working like a mad woman building up my inventory for the two shows I have this weekend and next weekend. How do you ever know if you have enough inventory?

Next week starting on Monday I will have FREE SHIPPING in my Etsy shop until 11/28. I have been adding new items almost daily. If you want the best selection, shop now and use coupon code FREESHIP11.

Mark your calendars. On December 13 I will be having a one day giveaway just for my blog followers. More info coming soon.

  5. This is a wonderful idea. Wish I had a promotion going on but right now I've nothing. Matter-of-fact I've even pulled some items from my etsy shop and placed them in a local gallery ... it is a teeny, tiny, itty bitty gallery but at least it has customers and people get to see my jewelry up-close and in person (I sold 5 items so far at the gallery this month compared to zero at etsy).
I just have not figured out etsy's "relevancy", when I think I'm relevant I find I must not be as new items sit there with 0 to 3 views. Oh well I've always been a bit irrelevant. lol :D

  6. Here I go...

    1. We have a section in our Etsy shop called HANDMADE by the KIDS, where all proceeds go to my kids' scholarship fund.

    2. My mom is coming for Thanksgiving next week (and she makes a MUCH better turkey than I do)!

    3. We'll be having a Cyber Monday sale...More info to come!

I came by to see if you have a button that I could add to my blog. I don't see one...

  8. Almost Precious, I agree the relevancy thing on Etsy has really been challenging. I have changed all my titles and tags and it has helped a little. I prefer working with local shops and doing shows, I sell more and it is great to meet the people who buy my stuff. Don't give up your work is beautiful!

Just B You, what a great idea selling items and putting them towards your kids college fund. I have been redesigning my blog button for a while now, I hope to have it done before the year is over.
