Be Inspired - Fall Harvest

Words to Inspire

“Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.”
Robert Louis Stevenson

Idea to Inspire

Autumn not only has beautiful colors from the falling leaves, but also from the colorful harvest of autumn vegetables.

Visit a farmers market or the grocery store and check out all the amazing colors and textures that the autumn harvest has to offer. Then take a couple new veggies home and let the inspiration of the market inspire you to create a new recipe for your evening meal.

Enjoy the colors and textures of these autumn veggies I found on Flicker.

  3. Autumn is probably the richest season for the one seeking inspiration. I love how the autumn fruits and vegetables smell - as if they have kept all the life juices from the summer only to charge us for the coming winter - like energy bombs for the mind and the body.

  7. Mmm... veggies! I guess it's not much of a surprise that I've eaten every veggie in those photos... in fact, we have onions, leeks, mushrooms and cabbage regularly at my house! Definitely a cool idea to look at the colorful veggies in the fall. :)
