  3. I like flowers too and I rarely know what their names are. I also don't think I can keep a flower alive. But, flower pictures are great so I don't have to worry about that. Thanks for the find.

  8. Luckily, one of your readers has a Masters in Plant Biology! I used this as my morning puzzle over coffee :)

    1. Pretty sure a Dahlia twisted in Photoshop or something.

    2. White Egret orchid (Habenaria radiata) . These are wild orchids. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Habenaria_radiata

    4.Some Plumeria species: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plumeria

    5. Phalaenopsis orchids have been hybridized like mad all over the world by horticulturists, so this could be one of countless yellow Phal orchid hybrids. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phalaenopsis

    7. This picture has some bubbles in it. I think it's a sea creature.
