I'm not just talking about your goals, but setting big significant goals. Accomplishing one thing (or several) that you have always wanted to do, but were afraid you would not succeed at completing.
I worked on my list over the weekend and I set myself three significant goals I want to accomplish this year. One is growing my blog and the content, I want Everyday Inspired to be a blog full of inspiration for your creative life, business, and life.
My vision board for 2012 |
I am looking forward to a new year full of new adventures, and success, how about you?
Have you thought about what you want to accomplish in 2012? Do you have one big significant goal you are striving for this year?
I LOVE your vision board/collage, Valerie, and I wish you luck with your goals for 2012!! You seem to be a very motivated person when it comes to your goals, so I'm sure you'll accomplish them. :)
ReplyDeleteAs for me, my one resolution this year is to make a difference in the world. :)
Hugs!
Yes! Having your goals written down and in front of your eyes makes the job half done! Here is what I wrote about yesterday on GLI - Make a manifesto! http://greenlivingideas.com/2012/01/02/forget-the-resolutions-make-a-green-manifesto/ Which is quite similar to what you have done :)
ReplyDeleteI always make business goals, it's the personal ones I'm not so good at!!
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of the goals poster in order to be inspired all time.
ReplyDeleteThis year I'm picking a very few goals but with a detailed plan on how to achieve them.
I like the are idea a lot. I've got personal goals but am working on the business and blog goals.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog. It's really inspirational. I can definitely count on some of your posts urging me to do new things. My goal this year is to make more stuff for my shops.
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted my blog to be something more too, but I never seem to make the time... Maybe this year will be the year. :)
ReplyDeleteWishing you every success! Writing down goals and making a vision board strike me as great tools for focusing. TFS!
ReplyDeleteMy really big significant goal would be to quit my day job! I have lots of smaller goals in place to help me get there :)
ReplyDeleteThis was such an inspiring post for me. As a new artist, your site really fills me up! Thanks for all you do... By the way, I was so inspired I highlighted your post on my blog: http://soulstrokesstudio.blogspot.com. :)
