Hmm, Ever heard the saying "Food for thought"? Being a visual person, I am inspired by the colors of food, like the Banana Split Cheesecake I make. Topped with whipped cream, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, cherries, chocolate, caramel and nuts. Very tasty and colorful to look at. On a lighter note, I also find the colors of a fresh summer salad very inspiring.

ReplyDeleteTaylor Lynn I love food too! I love pretty much everything on that list (not a big red cabbage fan). Avocado's are an inquired taste, it took me several tries before I liked them. Give them a try again in 5 years.
ReplyDeleteSince cleaning up our diet several years ago, and becoming a happy,happy health nut, I feel amazing! Fruit and nuts are my morning snack and give me vast amounts of energy. One of the biggest changes I made was getting to bed early and up early, experimenting with just the right amount of sleep for me. I have energy throughout the day and most often sleep like a rock at night! Really helps with the creativity process! :)
