    1. I own a brick and mortar, which is closing.
    2. My blog went viral and reached 500,000 views last night.
    3. I am trying to come up with a project to do utilizing a zillion unused paint sticks.

  2. Vicky, thanks for sharing today! Your letter to your daughter is wonderful, and with my daughter going to collage next year a reminder of what I should share with her. So Thank you! 605 comments that's amazing. I am sorry to hear about your store, but what a great attitude you have life in general, someone made a comment that you should write a book, I agree!

I have a few of things to share:

This past weekend I had a show, a show I have done for the past 12 years, and this year was the best year I have every had. I made more sales and more money then ever, I hope this is a trend for the rest of the season!

I finished all the update and changes, including taking all new pictures of every item, in my Etsy shop. It was a big job, but I think my shop looks better then ever.

I also opened a Artfire shop a couple of weeks ago and I am still trying to figure out all the options they have there for setting up your shop. The plan is to have a grand opening on November 1. If anyone has any suggestions for having a shop on Artfire I would love to here know.

  5. hmmm, three things about me:
    1. I just posted a blog about Sloth: one of the seven deadly sins [of knitting] http://www.cutesybootsie.com
    2. I am donating half the sales from the PINK section of my http://cutesybootsie.etsy.com shop to breast cancer awareness for the month of October in memory of my mom.
    3. I wish Crunchy Diva would teach me how to quilt. :)

  7. I've had my Etsy shop for a year now. I'm so surprised that I'm becoming known (love it!) but if 5 years someone had told me that it would take 5 years to learn to make the jewelry I make, I would have gone back to knitting!
